Please carefully read these terms before confirming any booking. By using our services, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

1. Scope of Services

• Travel Intermediary: DTDispatch.com acts as a travel agent, facilitating bookings between Customers and airlines. We are not the direct provider of flights or transportation services.

• Information Provider: We research and present flight options based on your provided travel details, including potential routes, airlines, pricing, and availability

• Booking Assistance: We facilitate booking processes with airlines and communicate confirmations and essential travel information to Customers.

2. Booking Responsibility

• Accurate Information: The Customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate information for flight requests, including names (as they appear on passports), dates of birth, travel destinations, contact details, and payment information.

• Verification: Customers must verify all booking details in confirmation emails and immediately notify DTDispatch.com of any discrepancies or required changes.

• Airline Terms: Customers agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the airline providing the flight service, including policies on baggage, check-in, cancellations, etc.

3. Pricing and Availability

• Dynamic Pricing: Airline fares are highly dynamic and subject to change without notice. DTDispatch.com provides estimated prices based on real-time data but cannot guarantee final prices until the booking is secured with the airline.

• Quotes vs. Bookings: Quotes provided by our agents are not confirmed bookings. Availability and pricing may change between the time of inquiry and when a booking is finalized.

• Additional Fees: DTDispatch.com may charge agency service fees in addition to the airline ticket price. These will be transparently outlined during the booking process.

4. Payment

• Accepted Methods: DTDispatch.com will specify accepted payment methods (e.g., credit/debit cards, bank transfers). Secure payment processing information will be provided.

• Payment Deadlines: Bookings require full or partial payment by established deadlines to avoid cancellation of the requested flights.

• Refunds: Refund eligibility for flight tickets is dictated by airline policies. DTDispatch.com service fees may be non-refundable, according to the circumstances.

5. Changes and Cancellations

• Customer-Initiated Changes: Change requests may incur fees imposed by the airline and DTDispatch.com to process modifications. Feasibility of changes is subject to airline rules and fare availability.

• Agency-Initiated Changes: Rarely, DTDispatch.com may need to alter or cancel booking elements due to circumstances beyond our control. We will endeavor to provide alternative options or refunds if possible.

• Airline Schedule Changes: Airlines retain the right to modify flight schedules. DTDispatch.com will assist in rebooking or obtaining refunds as possible according to the airline's policies.

6. Liability

• Limitations: DTDispatch.com is not liable for delays, cancellations, missed connections, overbookings, baggage handling issues, or any other disruptions that are directly the responsibility of the airline.

• Compensation: Claims for compensation due to disruptions should be pursued as per the rights outlined in the airline's terms and applicable passenger rights regulations.

• Agency Error: We take all reasonable measures to ensure accurate service, but are not liable for losses due to misinformation on our website or human error, except where prohibited by law.
